General provisions
The Terms of Service is the main document governing the relations between the HippoCase platform and its investors. By registering on the company's website each participant becomes a Member of the HippoCase platform and automatically accepts all terms and investment conditions determined by this document.
The Terms of Service define the investment provisions under which records are kept and the distribution of profits obtained from the use of funds that Investor allocates to the HippoCase platform for management. Any other documents, web pages, including posts on the forums and public groups on behalf of the company that contradicts the terms specified herewith are null and void.
By registering and also by investing on the Hippocase platform the Investor confirms that he/she is fully aware of all risks, pros and cons of his actions, understands and undertakes to follow all terms and conditions specified herewith.
Membership
Residents of any country can open an account at Hippocase platform, as long as they are in the age of majority and of legal capability to be engaged in investment activities. The Member opens an investment account through the registration form provided at Hippocase.net website using correct personal information that could be verified to prove the account ownership should the need arise.
One individual can create only one member account. Multiple accounts registration by one person for whatever reason is strictly forbidden. All additional accounts created in violation of this rule if found shall be blocked and all funds forfeited.
The Member is solely responsible for safety and security of his/her account access and login information.
Investment process
The Member transfers funds to top up his/her account balance with HippoCase platform using any of the payment methods provided, and deposits it into investment plans offered by the platform.
The Platform undertakes to manage the Member’s funds, preserve its value, and deliver profits specified in its investment offers.
The profits are credited to the Member’s account balance subject to particular investment plan terms and conditions.
The Member collects profits at his/her account balance, reinvests and/or makes withdrawals at his/her discretion.
Withdrawals are processed instantly upon the Member request, and/or within 24 hours in case of technical issues, system failures or service maintenance downtime.
Privacy
Communications between the members and HippoCase platform are to be regarded as private exchange of confidential information intended to be used by registered members only.
HippoCase requires its members to keep all the communications private and not to disclose it to any third party.
HippoCase administration reserves the right to require identification documents at any time to verify the person or entity as true, duly and powerful holder of the account with HippoCase and certain amount of funds accumulated and/or owed there.
All the data given by the member to HippoCase will be only privately used and not disclosed to any third parties unless required by law enforcement.
Disclaimer
HippoCase is not to be held responsible or liable for any damages, losses and costs resulting from any violation of the conditions and terms and/or use of our website by the Member.
The Member guarantees to HippoCase that he/she will not use this website in any illegal way and undertakes to respect and adhere to all applicable local, national and international laws.
The members are solely responsible for the safety of their accounts with HippoCase. To minimize risks, the members undertake to never divulge authorization details to anyone, test their computer exposure to security threats on a regular basis, use different security methods and anti-virus software to protect their devices and personal information stored at them.
Hippo Case administration is not to be held responsible for funds transfer delays caused by third party action/inaction or force-majeure circumstances.
If any provision of this agreement is deemed void, unlawful or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in force.
Non Disclosure
The Member agrees that all information, communications, materials coming from Hippocase platform are unsolicited and must be kept private, confidential and protected from any disclosure. Moreover, the information, communications and materials contained herein are not to be regarded as an offer, nor a solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction which deems non-public offers or solicitations unlawful, nor to any person to whom it will be unlawful to make such offer or solicitation.
Anti-Spam Policy
HippoCase will not tolerate SPAM or use of any type of unlawful and unsolicited methods if distributing information. Should anyone receive any spam emails that purportedly come from HippoCase, immediately report them to our support service. SPAM policy violators will be immediately and permanently removed from the platform.
Change of terms
Hippo Case reserves the right to change the commissions and rates, terms and conditions of Service at any time and at its sole discretion without notice in order to preserve the integrity and security of the members' interests. The Member agrees that it is his/her sole responsibility to review the current and effective Terms of Service.
Copyright
The content and graphic materials used at HippoCase platform website is the ownership of Hippocase Ltd, and as such can not be copied and used without our explicit consent. By using, accessing or downloading materials from this website you agree to follow the terms and provisions as outlined in these Terms of Service, which applies to all visits to the HippoCase website (www.hippocase.net), both now and in the future.
